Message from the President commissioner                Indonesia is an archipelago consisted of over 17 thousand islands spanning much of the equator, surrounded by 5.5  million km of fish-rich seas and 2.8 million sq km of territorial waters. Since its sea areas cover around 75% of the country’s total area, sea resources are an asset of vital importance to the Indonesia economy.       In light of  the growth potential of the national fisheries industry and in a effort to optimize the sustainable utilization of the country’s vast fishery resources, the company plans to expand its fishing ground by increasing its fleet of fishing vessels in order to meet high global market demand, particularly in china and other asian countries.         We invite our business partners to lend their support to the Company’s expansion program, which is aimed at strengthening our business foundation and accelerating our business development toward a more promising and export oriented direction in preparing for the challenges of the globalization and free trade area.         We hope that, with support of all parties concerned, the Company will be more than ready to enter a new phase of growth in ner millennium.
